Our Mission:

Our mission is to come alongside families with children requiring ongoing medical care for serious health conditions and be a steadfast pillar of support throughout their difficult journey. We firmly believe that no family should feel alone or overwhelmed during such trying times, and we are dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives.

What We Do:

1. Walking Together: We understand that navigating through the challenges of ongoing medical care can be an arduous journey. That’s why we strive to walk hand in hand with families, providing unwavering support, understanding, and empathy. Our compassionate team is here to lend a listening ear, offer guidance, and gather families together at our Annual Christmas Party to create a supportive community.
2. Financial and Emotional Support: Medical care for a seriously ill child can bring significant financial strain to families. At Giving to Little Hands Foundation, we believe that finances should not hinder a child’s access to essential care. Through generous donations and community partnerships, we hope to be able to offer financial support to help alleviate the burden of medical expenses, school supplies, groceries and more. 
3. Siblings Support Program: We recognize the vital role siblings play in the lives of children with serious health conditions. As a result, we are hoping to develop a specialized program tailored to support siblings through these challenging times. We strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters resilience and empowers these young hearts to cope with the changes within their family dynamic.
4. Bringing Joy to Little Hearts – Our Annual Christmas Program: At Giving to Little Hands Foundation, the spirit of giving extends far beyond the everyday challenges faced by families with children requiring ongoing medical care. As the holiday season approaches, we embrace the magic of Christmas with our beloved annual Christmas program. This heartwarming tradition was ignited by our very own Charlene Long and has flourished into a cherished event that touches the lives of countless families. Our Annual Christmas Party brings families together that are fighting similar battles – creating a strong and supportive community. Along with this, our organization provides food, gifts and more, in order to create a long lasting impact on children and families in need.

Regardless of race, religion, or socio-economic status, our arms are open wide, ready to provide the care and support needed to navigate through the stormy seas of medical challenges.
